I’m Andrea Torres, founder of Andrea Skin & Body in Astoria, NY. I don’t offer isolated spa treatments—I design structured systems for real body transformation.

My approach changed completely when I became the primary caregiver for my brother after his Alzheimer’s diagnosis. It forced me to stop looking at the body's surface and start treating it as a system deeply impacted by stress, inflammation, and recovery.
